CVs remain the most commonly used form of introducing yourself to employers and recruiters. Below are some guidelines on today's style:
CV length
A CV should aim to cover two pages and should provide a database of skills, experience and achievements.
CVs should be printed and well designed so that the material is clear and visually attractive. Make sure that yours fulfills these criteria, otherwise it is a complete waste of effort.
It is really important to be objective
Get someone independent to look at your CV when you have completed it. Be prepared to refine it a number of times until it is right.
A CV should also give some idea of your future potential
If you are presently studying for an additional qualification say so.
