FINANCE DIRECTOR DESIGNATE
LEAD EXPANDING RETAILER & SERVICE PROVIDER TO FUTURE SUCCESS
My client is a privately owned business operating in the retail and service sector, working in partnership with it's suppliers to maximise sales.
An ambitious organisation, they are now seeking a Finance Director Designate to take over the reins in full in circa 12 months. This timescale could be flexible depending on the experience and seniority of the successful applicant. You will be part of the Senior Management Team and as such play a key role in informing decision making across the business and determining strategy. You need to be a robust and charismatic character in order to influence change for the better and encourage people into better ways of working. You will need to manage all extenral relationships with key stakeholders such as banks, auditors and the Inland Revenue and stand up for the business.
