Managing a team of 6, the Finance Manager will work closely with and support the Financial Controller as the company moves towards the next stage of growth. You will look after all the company's day-to-day financial operations and reporting including annual budgeting, financial reporting, audit preparation/liaison, monitoring and improving financial controls and procedures, preparation of monthly management accounts, cash management and all statutory obligations.
To be considered for this exciting role, you will be a qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA (finalists welcome to apply) with strong payroll knowledge and expertise. Recruitment sector experience would be an advantage but not essential. You will also be, self-motivated, committed to developing within the role and comfortable working in a busy and demanding environment.
