Finance Director

Sevenoaks£500 per day

A rapidly growing Insurance company has an immediate requirement for an Interim Finance Director who has gained experience within a UK based Insurance company to join them on an interim basis. You will report directly into the Managing Director with responsibility for all financial matters of the business.

Day to day responsibilities will include managing a small finance team, providing financial analysis and advice as may be required by the Managing Director, Chairman or Board of Directors, monthly board reports on the company's trading and financial position, preparation of annual financial budgets including profit & loss, balance sheet and cash-flow for board approval, prepare monthly management accounts of profit and loss and balance sheet and report on these at monthly board meeting and preparation year end statutory accounts for approval by the company's auditors

To apply for this role applicants must have a proven background gained within an Insurance company as a Finance Director and hold a recognisable accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA). You will be immediately available and happy to commit for the duration of the assignment.
