My client is a Multinational advertising and communications company with a growing global presence. With offices in over 100 countries, they are currently recruiting for a determined, resilient and professional Accounts Payable Assistant to join their Central London office. In order to apply, candidates must have at least 1 year Purchase Ledger experience and excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
Working in the Media Payables team, this role will involve ensuring that the media contractors are paid in-line with industry deadlines as well as ensuring that supplier invoices are processed and reconciled to a consistently high standard. The successful candidate will also be in regular communication with Buyers and Suppliers, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently. In order to apply, candidates must have at least 1 year Purchase Ledger experience- with ideally supplier reconciliations experience. Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal are essential.
