Are you working within Employment tax at the moment? Would you like a varied role within an ever-growing Financial Services firm in the heart of London?
We are looking for a Tax & Remuneration Analyst who will have knowledge of Employment Tax, some exposure to Expatriate Tax and the willingness to assist in Reward and Remuneration.
This position involves:

-Preparation of the annual PAYE Settlement Agreements for the Group companies.
-Preparation of annual P11D statements for the Group companies.
-Provide the business with employment tax related advice including, tax on benefits, tax upon cessation of employment etc.
-Advising on tax implications of secondments and transfers
-Managing the CAP Students secondment process including annual Tax Returns
-Tracking Short Term Business Visitors and preparation of annual return
-Assist with annual Share scheme reporting and share award documentation
-Liaise with Group Tax Team with regards to Schedule 23 deduction and procedures
-Assist with Global Heads` year end tax reconciliations
-Assist with Employment Benefit Trust tax issues
-Keeping up to date with legislation changes and implementing processes and procedures to remain compliant.
-Providing tax training to accountants and other stakeholders where required

Remuneration
-Assist with implementing internal processes and procedures to ensure compliance with the FSA Remuneration Code.
-Assisting with the annual Salary and Bonus review process and the biannual share award process
-Maintain records relating to Code Staff reward and compensation
-Collation and analysis of data for external Remuneration submissions including the annual RPS, Annual Financial Statement disclosures as well as any internal submissions for Remco.
-Benchmarking oversight and coordination
-Technical knowledge
-Educated to degree standard
-ATT qualified or equivalent
-2 - 3 yrs personal / employment tax experience
