*Managing all aspects of the Client's real estate Finance - Balance Sheet, P&L.
*The provision of high quality financial advice both internally and to the client.
*Create and manage the annual real estate budget, monitor spend, provide specified and ad hoc analysis as agreed with the client.
Candidates with experience of transitioning a client from one provider to another are preferable as are those who have strong systems skill (ideally excel to macro level or VBA).
Given the client facing nature of this role, dealing with both financial and non-financial stakeholders, candidates must have strong business partnering experience gained in a blue-chip environment. Applicants must also be accountancy qualified (ACA, ACCA , CIMA or equivalent) with excellent modelling and data manipulation skills. Real estate or facilities management experience will be a distinct advantage.
