The business is an iconic household name, operating in more than 200 countries worldwide with revenue in excess of $10 billion. The business dominates many of the markets it operates in and continues to go from strength to strength.
This role is part of the European Audit team and requires the candidate to conduct a variety of financial and operational audits across the EMEA region, including Russia. With this in mind, travel is up to a maximum of 50%. Audits vary in length but usually last between 1 and 2 weeks in duration. It is rare for anyone in the team to be travelling alone and you will usually be travelling in team of 2-4, depending on the scope of the audit.
The candidate must be a strong team player, as you will be travelling on audits together, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must be able to communicate key audit findings in a clear and concise manor, verbally and in audit reports, as well as building and developing relationships with key stakeholders in the business.
Internal promotion and the opportunity to progress internally are common and encouraged by the Audit Director. Recent hires into the team have successfully transitioned into the business in the UK, but also as far as New Zealand.
