Our client, a global IT service business, is looking for an experienced, commercially aware professional to support the commercial bid teams by producing insightful financial models and commercial commentary. The client is seeking a highly motivated, commercially minded self-starter with strong interpersonal communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities to deadlines.
Key responsibilities:
· Working with the Finance, Commercial and Bid teams to produce cost model and pricing models
· Undertake financial and commercial risk alleviation
· Advising the business on central and regional cost implications derived from the models
· Advise on best practice with regards to the constructing and reviewing multinational client opportunities
· Understanding the commercial models and programs in place with vendors to optimise commercial offerings
Person Profile:
· Finance Degree and at least 3 years commercial finance experience
· Advanced financial modelling skills
· Experience in preparing large customer bids, ideally within an outsourcing environment would be advantageous
· High level of attention to detail
· Analytical and well organized
· European languages would be advantageous
