Partner Designate - Cambridgeshire £ Open to discussion
Our client is an independent firm of accountants that specialises in dealing with the accounting and taxation requirements for a range of owner managed businesses and is recruiting for a professional accountant looking for the challenge of developing their own client portfolio and with partnership aspirations; as a part of the firm's succession plan.
Key experience and attributes:
- ACA or ACCA qualified with a UK Public Practice background
- Experience in dealing with Owner Managed Businesses in respect of their accounting and taxation requirements
- Experience in the marketing and business development of an accountancy practice would be ideal but as important is a genuine interest to be involved in this part of the business
- Client and staff management experience together with a roll up your sleeves approach to working in a small business
This is an exciting opportunity for an ACA / ACCA Qualified who is currently either a Manager frustrated by a lack of opportunity with their current firm or a sole practitioner with a small block of fees who would benefit from joining with an independent firm.
This is a genuine succession planning requirement for our client and progress will be made in the very short term.
