Corporate Finance Manager
Salary Indicator: £40,000 - £55,000 (Plus Excellent Benefits)

Our client are a firm of Chartered Accountants in Bristol who are looking for a Corporate Finance Manager in there Bristol Office
The successful candidate will join a thriving and expanding team, and you will be reporting directly into the Partner, this is a superb opportunity to work in a team who have handled transactions with a total value of more than £140 Million
The successful candidate will be qualified with 2-3 years post qualified experience and will have a strong interest and background in Corporate Finance
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be advising businesses on Management Buyouts, Management Buy-ins, company sales, acquisitions, restructuring and re-financing expansion plans, providing guidance through the technical aspect of the business transaction.
With a confident and outgoing nature, you will be as happy advising clients as you will be developing contacts and networking for new business leads.
