This is an ideal first step for a candidate skilled in practice to move out of their sector.Working with charities and community projects providing advice and support on key aspect of financial management.You will work with the staff on-site to prepare the monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts and any statutory returns.The successful candidate will be able to manage ledgers, provide a full profit and loss statements and take accounts to final stages including all reconciliations and control of the general ledger.The position also encompasses providing support and holiday cover to the Payroll and assist in the recruitment of volunteer finance staff to not-for-profit groups.
Qualified AAT or part qualified ACCA. An articulate communicator with good Excel skills and a shirt sleeves approach
37 Hours week with flexitime, 5% pension, 20 days holiday, plus 5 concessionary days, 8 bank holidays & 1 additional day for every year served.
