A leading global media organisation has an excellent newly created opportunity for a Tax Accounts Assistant to join their team near Edinburgh. You will assist the Tax Manager in a largely tax compliance and reporting focused role across VAT and employment taxes with a particular emphasis on VAT. This is a great opportunity for someone already working in tax from a Big 4/Top 10 background or relevant VAT experience gained within an industry environment to develop and progress their career as professional tax qualifications will be supported.
This position would ideally suit a part-qualified tax candidate AAT, ACCA, ACA or CIMA with previous relevant experience preferably within an in-house tax function or practice environment. Individuals currently working within a tax function of a business and qualified by experience will also be considered.
