A leading South Hampshire based services organisation has approached Chilworth Partnership to recruit a Financial Controller to cover maternity leave, initially for a period of 9 months.
Reporting to the Finance Director, key aspects of the role will include: motivating a small accounts team; managing the interface with a number of finance and business systems – strong Excel skills are essential; also responsibility for all financial & statutory reporting so the client has a preference for someone with an ACA / ACCA background.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an interesting and established business. The role will suit a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA) who is able to be hands on with the ledgers but also has the ability to elevate and deal with a range of reports to the board. Tax experience would be beneficial.
