Your responsibility will be to oversee and ensure the smooth running of their finance function and take on Company Secretarial duties including both statutory and internal requirements. This is a broad role which involves budgeting, forecasting, monthly reporting and statutory accounting responsibilities along with the company's IT development, day to day administration of the Company's HR needs, and ad hoc project work.
You will also ensure Statutory compliance with regards to the Pension Scheme, as well as maintaining its accounting records and preparation of annual pension scheme accounts.
As the successful candidate you will be qualified with prior experience of running a finance function with a small team. You will have strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to meet all deadlines and work cross-functionally. SME and consumer experience is essential. This is an important role within a stable business and would be particularly suitable for someone looking for job security in a great working environment.
