Property and Client Accountant needed in Birmingham!
Due to impressive company growth and new-client wins, a global Property Investment and Management company are actively looking for an experienced Client and Property Accountant to join their team in Birmingham.
As Client and Property Accountant you will be responsible for all property and client accounting for diverse portfolio of private and corporate tenants. This role will involve rent accounting, service charge accounting and producing VAT and financial reports for clients - this role will have extensive client representative liaison and you will be directly dealing with legal and accounting representatives of your clients.
This Client and Property Accounting role requires an experienced accountant who has worked within the Property Management and Investment sector. You must have proven experience of rent accounting and service charge accounting and have working knowledge of the Yardi accounting system. This role will suit an individual with RICS, CIS or NRL compliance regulations knowledge.
