Finance Manager required to report directly to the Financial Controller and is responsible for the production of financial and non-financial information to ensure accurate reporting of Channels results and help to enable the business to make effective commercial decisions. You will be interfacing with the regional finance teams for the Australian, LatAm, Asian, Indian and EMEA business areas and also internal teams. You will manage 2 staff and assist them in preparing performance reporting & analysis in a timely manner to your regions. You will sharp, committed and be able to react quickly to last minute deadlines and adhoc requests whilst still co-ordinating & delivering forecasting and Budgeting processes. The Finance Manager works closely with all areas of Channels both within the UK and overseas to ensure that business areas understand their performance targets and deliver against these. Cost control, cashflow awareness, KIP reporting and the ability to present data which is relevant to senior stakeholders are all equally important. You will be a confident communicator who has worked in a commercial environment of a complex nature previously you will have patience and an excellent manner when dealing with pressurised or difficult situations with overseas partners. You must have strong planning, analytical and modelling skills, a keen eye for detail and be proficient with systems and modelling as Excel & SAP are used daily. You will be a Qualified financial accountant (ACA or equivalent) with excellent technical finance knowledge including IFRS who has then gone onto build commercial skills.
