Fund Accountant, Private Equity

Our client is a successful Private Equity firm. Due to maternity, we are seeking a fully qualified accountant to perform an all-encompassing fund accounting role.

The Role:
Producing the quarterly management and annual statutory accounts under US GAAP and UK GAAP
Calculating and administering fund calls and distributions
Inputting for the quarterly investor reports
Perform annual tax reporting
Other ad hoc tasks, as required

The Requirements:
You must be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/CA preferred)
You will have a fund accountant background, ideally gained from a Private Equity business
Alternatively, you could be a Big 4 accountant from an investment management audit background
