A readily expanding company based in Ruislip has an immediate requirement for an Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper to join their busy accounts team. As an Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper you will be assisting with the day to day running of all the accounts responsibilities.

Duties will include but are not limited to,

- Checking and coding high volumes of purchase invoices and entering them on Sage Line 50
- Assisting with petty cash
- Processing payments to suppliers according to company policy
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- General Filing
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Allocating payments
- Credit control
- Book

The successful candidate will:

- Have worked previously in an Accounts background - essential
- Experience of Sage Line 50 - essential
- High volume invoice processing experience
- Excellent work ethic - desirable
- Experience with MS Office (Excel and Word) - essential

The successful candidate will initially join the company on a temporary basis, but with a view to go permanent after a 6 month qualifying period. You will be provided with any additional training required, and you will benefits from joining a well-established team in a friendly and progressive environment.
