As the Production FP&A Manager you will be available to start in February in the 6-12 Month maternity cover. You will be covering 3 manufacturing plants in European locations and be comfortable with regular European travel. You must be comfortable with the management and communication of standard unit production cost by product and be comfortable looking at plant production cost analysis, budgeting and forecasting and monthly variance analysis by activity, product and plant. Process analysis, diagnosis, recommendation and implementation of changes will also be part of the role. You will work very closely the UK and FR accounting teams, as well as the Production leadership team. This role will also bring significant exposure to business leadership and the CFO.

You will be a fully qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified with at least 3-5 years working experience in similar industrial environment (eg : automotive industry suppliers). Online/e-commerce experience would be a bonus, but is not a requirement. You will have strong analytical skills: you like the technical aspect of physical production, but are data and number hungry, and like to understand performance based on financial and non-financial metrics. Due to the multi-site nature of this role fluent English is essential and French language skills are a distinct advantage. Very strong Excel skills are required and you must be organised, analytical, pragmatic and methodical in order to be successful.
