Company Accountant - TV and Film!

London (Greater) £28000 - £32000 per annum + benefits



A major TV production company, responsible for the production of some very well-known and loved primetime TV programmes, is looking for a Company Accountant to join their team. This company not only produce hit TV programmes, but also promote live stage performances of some of the UK's most well-known entertainers!

As Company Accountant, you will take responsibility for all finance activities for one of their group Production companies - this will be a very hands-on role requiring you to do everything from accounts payable, sales ledger and bank reconciliations, through to payroll for Contractors, production and cost accounting and management accountants/financial accounts preparation.

This role will suit an experienced finance professional who enjoys working independently and having full responsibility for all finance activities. Previous experience of the TV, Film or Music sectors will be highly advantageous.

To be considered for this role you will be Qualified or Part-Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA and have excellent all-round accounting skills, including management and financial accounts preparation through to being competent with completing all AP/AR and Payroll work.

Working at this firm, you will work within a dynamic and highly entertaining office environment, one that has walls adorned with the famous faces who feature in their productions, as well as strewn with film and TV memorabilia. This role will suit someone with strong finance skills as well as a passion for TV!
