Reporting to the Financial Controller you will assist with the quarterly statutory and regulatory accounting, the FSA regulatory returns, IFRS reporting plus other external reporting requirements.
Applicants will ideally be fully qualified accountants, preferably ACA with at least 3 years experience in an accounting role or auditing practice, have sound technical knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS accounting requirements combined with a superior attention to detail to maintain solid audit trails.
Previous insurance experience is essential. If the technical knowledge is strong enough our client may also look at someone who is part qualified or qualified by experience.
