They are currently looking to recruit a full time Assistant Accounts Coordinator to support in the general day to day running of their extremely busy accounts department. With a keen eye for detail, and great Excel skills, the successful candidate will have substantial previous experience within a large, busy commercial accounts department within a assistant/cost control/finance admin role.
If you are a quick learner with a dynamic, methodical and innovative approach to your role, then this is the ideal job for you. The successful candidate will hold an AAT qualification and will be keen to learn and develop.
The role will support the Accounts Coordinator in meeting departmental targets with main duties comprising:
- Maintain Cashbooks/Petty Cash
- Capital Expenditure
- Process Sales and Purchase Invoices
- Cashflow Forecast
- Cost Control
- Month-end Procedures
This is a busy, pressurised and fast paced environment, therefore it is essential that you can hit the ground running. You must be a strong, and a confident communicator who is highly motivated and able to work under pressure.
