You will be expected to manage a debt portfolio of circa. £600m, which includes a public bond of £200m. You will have experience of restructuring and managing debt finance as well as managing a treasury management function. Liaison with funders and stakeholders will therefore be a key aspect of this role. You will also be responsible for managing the Group’s business plans and advising on new initiatives within the Together Housing Group.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing a complex treasury management function and will ideally be a fully qualified member of a recognised accounting/treasury body.
Together Housing Group was formed on 1st April 2011 to collectively manage 35,000 homes, affecting over 50,000 people’s lives and employing over 1,250 staff over a large geographical area in the North of England.
One of two exciting new Finance opportunities that have recently arisen, this role will form part of the Senior Management Team for the Together Housing Group.
