In this role you will be:
*Reporting to the director of FP&A
*Developing and managing group planning, budgeting and forecasting processes with overseas units
*Preparing presentations for the Executive Committee that are impactful, enable clear decision making and provide challenge and debate
*Ensure that key FP&A dates are included in the financial calendar communicated to Business Units Providing financial support for the three year strategic plan and AOP for the Group
*Driving best practice and standardisation of Business Unit and Group reporting e.g. Management Information Pack
To be considered for the role you will need to be a qualified accountant, have some experience within the FMCG retail industry as well as previous experience in FP&A. Liaising with the overseas units regularly means you will be a fantastic communicator and have organised, concise goals in addition to good team leadership skills.
