The primary role for this position will be to help prepare monthly management accounts for their 3 sites.
Duties to include:
Preparation of monthly management accounts to include:
- Stock takes
- Accruals and prepayments
- Processing purchase ledger invoices
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation
- Cash book postings
- Fixed Asset Register
- HP Register
Other tasks to include:
- Daily cashflow
- Purchase Ledger, including matching delivery notes, invoices, investigating queries.
- Maintaining consignment stocks
Working in a growing accounts team, the ideal candidate will be working in a similar role preferably in a manufacturing environment. The individual will be self motivated, flexible, highly organised and have the drive to "get the job done".
