Senior Fund Accountant - London - Property Fund
Our client is a leading investment manager and they are looking for a Senior Fund Accountant to join their team in London.
In this role, you will have responsibility for a small team and providing accounting services for a portfolio of funds. You will also manage and be directly involved in the statutory reporting for a mixed use portfolio and be responsible for developing the operating processes and controls.
The ideal individual will have:
- ACA qualification with a 2.1 degree or above with experience gained in a real estate private equity or fund environment or property PLC environment.
- Strong financial control experience (UK GAAP and IFRS), with an ability to prioritise and multi task in a demanding environment.
- A high level of numeracy and computer literacy, with a detailed knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
