Management Accountant

ABPM as experts in financial recruitment have been appointed by a dynamic smaller Leicestershire based manufacturing company to recruit a Finance Manager.

The role will have an emphasis on management accounts, with the incoming candidate being responsible for the management accounts, forecasts, cash flow, accurate management information, budget comparisons, variance analysis and contract performance reviews in a tight knit and operationally diverse management team

The ideal candidate will come from a strong educational background, educated to degree level (minimum of 2:2), be fully qualified and have previous experience of working within a management accounts role for a large organisation (ideally within the manufacturing sector). You must also show drive, ambition, be a good communicator, have strong interpersonal skills and be able to handle tight deadlines.
