As a Supply Chain Senior Manager, your key role in the will be to lead engagements and business development in supply chain and operations space. On engagements, you'll be managing a team of consultants as well as the senior client stakeholders and will be responsible to deliver high quality results on the projects through generating deep insight, innovative solutions and ability to create significant impact.
Your responsibilities as a Supply Chain Transformation - Senior Manager will include:
-Actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships
-Creating innovative insights for clients, adapting methods and practices to fit to the teams cultural needs, and contributing to thought leadership
-Ensuring the engagement delivers within its budget
-Driving projects to completion and determining that work is of high quality.
Qualifications/skills you'll need as a Supply Chain Transformation - Senior Manager:
-You should have deep knowledge and experience of supply chain transformation.
-You should have experience of leading high quality consulting engagements in several of the following areas:
*Operating Model Transformation/Supply Chain reconfiguration across the end to end supply chain
*Sales and Operations Planning
*Channel Optimisation/Cost to Serve/Total Delivered cost management
*Tax Efficient Supply Chains
*Supply Planning/Supply Network Planning
*Demand Planning & Forecasting
*Supply Chain Benchmarking/Supply Chain performance assessment
*Supply Chain cost management/working capital reduction/inventory planning.
