Director of Finance

Salary: 55K – 65K per annum and healthcare package

This is a unique opportunity to join one of the country’s most successful colleges. We seek an ambitious and experienced finance professional to join the senior leadership team and shape the future direction of the College.

Judged to be ‘outstanding’ by Ofsted, the College has an enviable reputation for success on every level including financial management, also rated ‘outstanding’ by the funding agency. It has grown significantly during the last 15 years with over 3,650 students and 430 staff. The annual revenue is around £18 million.

Through judicious financial management, we have invested £35 million into the campus creating superb learning facilities for teaching and learning.

The College is dedicated to continuous quality improvement. The Director of Finance will be an exceptional person with the core financial and commercial skills together with the leadership capabilities needed as our organisation grows and develops during challenging, changing times.

You must hold a relevant and recognised accounting qualification and have significant post-qualification experience of working strategically and operationally within a dynamic environment.
