<p>Headquartered in modern offices in Staines-upon-Thames, Middlesex, this organisation has a rare opening for an Invoicing Administrator. Reporting to the Finance Manager and working within the small finance team your key responsibility as the Invoicing Administrator is responsibility for customer project invoicing and includes coordinating and resolving customer queries in relation to invoices issued.</p> <p>Key tasks of the Invoicing Administrator will include :</p> <ul> <li>Invoicing of customer projects and resolution of related queries</li> <li>Chasing customers for missing purchase orders</li> <li>Generating customer quotations for close out effort where required</li> <li>Chasing internally for overdue actions relating to invoicing</li> <li>Providing cover for the production of the Invoicing report when required</li> <li>Maintenance of invoicing related records in the system, including customer business email and billing addresses</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Any other duties as agreed with the Business Systems Analyst &amp; Invoicing Team Leader</li> </ul> <p>Candidates will need to demonstrate a good understanding of the relationship between operational processes and related project transactions.</p> <p>The ideal Invoicing Administrator will need to demonstrate a good understanding of the relationship between operational processes and related project transactions and in return you will receive a salary of between £21k-£23k + superb benefits including amazing pension scheme + training..
