Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently recruiting a Purchase Ledger Clerk role for a manufacturing company based in Cambridge.

The successful candidate will support reporting activities and perform general accounting. You will ideally be an AAT qualified accountant who has worked in several areas of transnational accounting previously. The role is an ongoing interim position covering sickness. The position will be paying £10.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing high volumes of invoices
  • Reconciling supplier accounts on Purchase Ledger
  • Handle all purchase enquiries
  • Making supplier payments
  • Communicating with customers
  • Supporting all areas of accounting function


Your Profile
  • Previous Accounts Payable work experience is essential
  • IT Literate with Microsoft Office, and in particular Microsoft Excel
  • The ability to work efficiently in a team
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills




Rate

£10.00 per hour + holiday pay
