We have a varied client portfolio and are looking for a bright, experienced individual to join our expanding firm part time.

Experience working as an Accounts Assistant, in Practice preferred but not essential.

More importantly will be your ability to learn on the job, develop in line with our growing business and be happy to turn your hand to anything the role requires. This role would suit someone looking for a challenge.

You may have already started studying towards AAT/ACA/ACCA, or you might have plans to start. The most important thing is your experience – ideally you will have 2 years working for an Accounting Firm. This role will not suit someone who has no experience in accountancy.

You must be able to demonstrate the ability  to draft  accounts for sole traders, simple limited companies from start to finish, complete SATR’s, CT600, and VAT returns, as well as manage changing priorities and workloads.

We pride ourselves on our excellent client service and believe that our clients are more than a bunch of numbers, you should be able to build and maintain strong relationships. You should be a people person.

Please apply now with a current CV and covering letter stating why you feel you are right for this job to  Paigecallard@taxassist.co.uk
