KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Production of the monthly management accounts for all entities
* Conduct month-end routines and operations including relevant journals and
balance sheet reconciliations
* Reconcile intercompany accounts across the group (multi-currency EUR, GBP,
USD)
* Manage departmental month end timetable, ensuring procedures are set up and
kept up to date
* Manage Processing of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable - including
supplier and customer reconciliations
* Forecasting revenue with sales team
* Preparation, reconciliation and agreement of government returns including VAT,
P11D, PAYE Settlement Agreement (and ensuring payment)
* Preparation of the necessary year-end documents, communication regarding
production of the statutory accounts.
* Maintain the fixed asset register including calculation & posting of depreciation.
* Experience of Multi currency accounting transactions
