The right candidate for the role will be CTA qualified/part qualified with 3 years’ experience of working in a public practice firm.

With progression over the last couple of years of this forward-thinking accountancy firm, our client is now looking for a motivated Tax Assistant Manager to join their Private Client Tax Team. The role will involve supporting the growth and development of the practice, along with delivering an exceptional service to their diverse portfolio of Private Clients.

This dynamic Berkshire accountancy firm takes pride in providing a consistent and proactive service. They offer a wide range of end-to-end services to meet every businesses’ needs.

The perfect candidate will have a passion for client service, displaying energy and enthusiasm to achieving first class results. You will have a proven track record in delivering personal tax services to HNW and UNHW individuals.

The responsibilities for the Private Client Tax Assistant Manager job in Reading include:

  • Managing a team of Tax Juniors, Tax Semi Seniors and Tax Seniors
  • Assisting with the planning and finalisation of projects for a Partner or Manager to review
  • Liaising with HMRC in relation to client queries
  • Create long lasting client relationships
  • Creating technical and non-technical reports for clients

The ‘perfect fit’ candidate will have experience of delivering private client tax planning and advisory services.  Additionally, they will need to be an excellent communicator, with exceptional IT skills and the ability to prioritise workload.
