A top 50 accountancy firm are looking to expand their corporate finance team. The firm focus on the SME sector, providing a specialist service to their clientele, especially within the non-profit sector. All 20 partners work closely with their management staff and clients to present practical solutions to tackle their current concerns and to plan for a better future.
This is a highly varied and dynamic role, which involves taking charge of intricate projects and transactions, focusing on due diligence, valuations and, client mergers and acquisitions. With high levels of interaction with the clientele and external investors you'll have to be confident in your ability to communicate complex ideas and present problem-solving initiatives. The role offers the opportunity to be highly involved with marketing strategies and business development, with the ability to help shape the future success of your team, through mentoring and coaching.
- ACA/ACCA Qualified
- Experience working within corporate finance, especially preparation of due diligence reports, producing valuation reports and lead advisory
- Proven relevant experience and technical knowledge gained in a similar environment
- Computer literate, with good business report writing skills
- An organised approach, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and a good commercial awareness
