Work closely with the Executive Team, together with the Sales and Marketing Directors to identify clear commercial strategies for the overall business, relating to price and yield management.

Strategy and Pricing:
- Take overall ownership for the pricing strategy for all centres, products and sales channels.
- Work alongside Sales, Product and Marketing teams to produce annual brochure prices to an agreed timetable.
- Set out pricing recommendations to ensure pricing decisions reflect demand trends and market conditions and optimise and maximise revenue and occupancy at each centre.
- Position prices to ensure product is competitive in the marketplace whilst maintaining strategies through regular competitor analysis.
Yield and Revenue Management
React immediately to any trading shortfall, by ensuring that tactical activity is formulated as a top priority and promoted.
Devise and own revenue management procedures to ensure that demand trends are reacted to in a timely manner through price adjustments and to identify any supply issues.
Drive sales and marketing focus to the low demand periods.
Provide weekly reports and analysis to the Executive Team together with the Sales and Marketing teams on the performance of the business by sales channel, product, centre and sales person.
Performance vs Budget and Prior Year
Performance of individual initiatives such as price plans, new business development
Highlight key sensitivities, risks and opportunities
Work with sales and marketing team to analyse data and produce reports on key metrics. Including lead generation by channel, website performance, social media activity and ROI on campaigns.
Other ad hoc reporting as required
Attend and contribute at weekly sales and marketing meetings
