Bookkeeper / Office Assistant
Interesting and growing company based in Theale, Berkshire, have a requirement for a part time Bookkeeper / Office Assistant to join their small but friendly team following a recent company acquisition.
The key purpose of the Bookkeeper / Office Assistant role is to assist the FD in running the company accounts. Key tasks of the Part Time Bookkeeper / Office Assistant will include control of the purchase ledger function including payment runs, raising sales invoices, small amount of credit control, bank reconciliations and completion of the VAT return.
Ideally you will be at least AAT qualified, previous Quickbooks/SageLine50 experience is desirable and in return you will receive an hourly rate of between £12-£14.50 per hour + excellent benefits including above average pension contribution. Part Time Hours - 25 hours a week ideally over 5 days.
