Robert Half Finance and Accounting are actively recruiting for an interim Purchase Ledger Clerk for an exciting pharmaceutical company in Weybridge. The company is looking take one candidate on for a 6 month temporary assignment. There is a potential that this could become a permanent role to the right candidate.
- Match, batch and code a high volume of invoices.
- Deal with supplier queries.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Bacs payments.
- Take responsibility of the prepayment invoices.
- Pre-payments and accruals.
- Ad hoc duties.
The successful purchase ledger clerk must be bright, confident and ready to roll up their sleeves do what needs to be done to complete the work. Previous purchase ledger experience is preferable but not essential. An excellent grasp of the English language both written and spoken is required as there will be elements of the role that requires the use of a phone. Candidates will be skills tested to ensure suitability.
This role is located in the company's modern offices in Weybridge. There is extensive on site parking for use by employees. The company has an exciting culture where they encourage employees to grow and improve their skills and there is the potential to move up within the company for the right candidate.
Salary and Benefits
£12.50 per hour, on site parking.
