Robert Half Management Resources are currently in partnership with a FTSE 250 company in the West Midlands who are looking for a Senior Tax Manager within their well established and highly regarded function. The successful candidate will be expected to provide twelve months temporary cover for the tax senior manager with the main responsibilities being around transfer pricing.

Other key elements of the role will include managing the Group's Global Compliance relationship with external advisers, supporting the Head of Tax in developing short-term and strategic tax forecasting and running the budget process and assisting with overseas tax matters. Furthermore, a key part of the role will be supporting the division with their operating model, submitting and progressing APAs and dealing with ongoing transfer pricing audits / documentation.

This is an ideal opportunity for an accountant with relevant professional experience in Taxation, either in the profession or industry. They are looking for a good team member who is flexible, well organised and responds positively to pressure, with a strong technical tax background (particularly transfer pricing) and some international tax exposure. A good communicator with ability to explain complex fiscal issues in an effective manner to all levels of management will also be pivotal.
