Purchase Ledger Clerk
Robert Half Finance and Accounting are actively recruiting a temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a market-leading manufacturing company in Weybridge. The role is being offered as an ongoing temporary assignment.
The client are looking to recruit a high-performing, proven interim Purchase Ledger Clerk with excellent communication skills.
- Match, batch and code a high volume of invoices.
- Deal with supplier queries.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Bacs payments.
- Take responsibility of the prepayment invoices.
- Pre-payments and accruals.
The successful Purchase Ledger Clerk will have a proven track record within an accounts payable function of a high-pressure, fast-paced organisation. You will be working with a team of approximately 5 and report directly to the Finance Manager.
The role is based in the company's modern, sleek, and accommodating offices in Weybridge. There is a large employee break area with on-site subsidised canteen and an employee exercise scheme which subsidises gym memberships for all employees.
Salary and Benefits
£12 to £13 per hour, onsite parking.
