Reporting to the Finance Director of Controls and Initiatives, your role will be primarily involve finding opportunities and developing solutions to unlock value across the business. You will work on several projects and business initiatives to support the continued profitable and sustainable growth of the EAN business. You will collaborate with teams from all areas ultimately reporting the pre/ post investment reviews through to the executive leadership team.

 

 

 

 

 

Your role

 

 

 

  • Delivering robust operational finance solutions, influencing across functions to ensure they are embraced and embedded for long term performance improvement
  • Pragmatic solutions delivery translating concepts and ideas for optimization into real tangible benefits
  • Your role’s key focus is to deliver solutions to un-lock value across EANs business model - (formulate initiatives/ collaborate with business/ implement & embed)
  • Collaborate with other teams and help them identifying potential new value
  • You will be the point person to deliver on the opportunities identified to help drive SMART trackable performance improvements in the P&L/ BS/ CFS - Cost savings/ Margin improvement/ Operational efficiency/ Revenue generating/ Cash flow
  • This is a problem-solving role which requires an inquisitive individual who can get into the detail but doesn’t lose sight of the bigger picture
  • Champion of change management – Aligning the organization, developing new capabilities to get the best results in the quickest most efficient way
  • Foster highly collaborative relationships across teams to enable all teams meet cross functional initiative specific priorities/deliverables
  • Perform special CFO project support as and when required

 

 

 

 

Your experiences

 

 

 

  • Qualified accountant
  • Bachelor’s degree (2:1 or above) and strong academic background
  • Strategic FP&A/ Commercial Finance/ Operational Efficiency/ TMT background
  • Experience in a business partnering finance role in a dynamic, changing environment; demonstrate desire to lead and drive commercial initiatives across relevant parts of the business
  • Experience acting as a finance business partner in an internal and client facing capacity
  • Experience and success in supporting commercial negotiations
  • Experience working with cross functional teams across multiple time zones
  • Experience of being able to influence business partners
  • Proven ability to analyze data to solve business problems and provide strong business insight
  • Proven ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-finance audiences
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced spreadsheet, database and presentation skills
