This role provides first line control and analytics on local units, revenue and investments. The position is responsible for business development, decision support and insight in the high growth potential markets of Enterprise and Education. This includes the control, validation and analysis of deal desk activities, sales programs/merchandising and operating expenses.

 

Key Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting enterprise sales teams is essential to ensure immediate success in the role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Excellent Excel, IT and systems knowledge
  • Ability to challenge, draw conclusions, make decisions and make recommendations
  • Team orientated as well being self driven / independent
  • Enterprise and Financial Services experience is a requirement
  • Experience proposing finance solutions to senior leadership and external customers
  • Description The Senior Finance Business Partner is responsible for: * Working with the local Enterprise & Education Sales Director to define and implement ‘Go to Market’ and transformational strategies * Integrate accountability metrics including, unit ST (sell-through)/UB (un-brickings), Market share, productivity and pipeline * Work with the Sales team to win key lighthouse cases * Strategic planning: be a key player in defining the long term plan for this segment * Annual planning: Build an annual planning partnership with sales and ensure * Deal desk review and analytics, including return on investment and margin impact * Incorporation of financing solutions to increase affordability towards end customer (understand and leverage AFS leasing and residual value options) * Quarterly review of Commission Performance * Upward Insight to Central DF&A/FP&A teams, plus Regional Finance Key interfaces: * Enterprise and Education Controller, Country/Geo Controller, Local Sales Leadership team, GFSS, Central DF&A, FP&A Key result areas: * Business transparency * Fact Based Analytical Insight to Local Sales Teams * Control & Validation of resource allocation and approved spends

     

    Education * Degree, MBA and/or professional accounting qualification preferred
