Assistant Accountant / Office Assistant
Interesting and growing company based in Theale, Berkshire, have a requirement for a part time Assistant Accountant / Office Assistant to join their small but friendly team following a recent company acquisition.
The key purpose of the Assistant Accountant / Office Assistant role is to assist the FD in running the company accounts. Key tasks of the Assistant Accountant / Office Assistant will include control of the purchase ledger function including payment runs, raising sales invoices, small amount of credit control, bank reconciliations and aiding in completion of the VAT return.
You will also help with general office administration tasks. Ideally you will have Quickbooks/SageLine50 experience and in return you will receive an hourly rate of between £12-£14 per hour + excellent benefits including above average pension contribution. Part Time Hours - 25 hours a week ideally over 5 days.
