The position lies within the Sales Finance Team. The main responsibility for the Sales Finance Manager is to act as the CFO on an account level driving the strategy into the right direction. Responsibilities include overseeing the full P&L, providing strategic support to the Retail Sales team, planning & forecasting, analyzing promotional plan ROI, highlighting P&L opportunities to improve, and delivering positive results. 

Key components of the role:

  • Support Sales to implement perfect plans
  • Understand the commercial performance and forecast
  • Own and lead the AOP & JBP Processes to ensure the delivery of a robust plan
  • Own the Sales Business Cycle 
  • Drive sales organization into the right direction: SFMs become mini Commercial CFOs


 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Hard Skills        

  • MSc degree (or similar) required, MBA preferred
  • Proven track record of problem solving as an owner, taking on entrepreneurial challenges and simplifying the complex
  • A highly numerate and strategic thinking individual with the ability to analyse market, customer and financial data to identify key trends and recommend creative solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • You ACE Excel
