Robert Half are current recruiting for a internationally recognisable client, we are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with a proven track record of managing teams, developing staff and driving business forward.

Our client is a well known business, with offices based all around the UK, this role will be based in Cannock with the occasional travel to other national sites.


As a Finance Manager, you will report into the Financial Controller, responsible for providing financial and commercial direction to the business.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: lead a team of 4 including work allocation, performance management, recruitment, etc; provide accurate and timely financial information to the business; accurate monthly/Quarterly/Annual reporting; budgeting and forecasting; analysis; manage key finance KPIs; manage all internal and external audit.


The successful candidate will:
  • Be qualified ACCA/CIMA - or Finalist Level - Essential
  • Have recent knowledge of working in a Commercial Finance environment - Essential
  • Have strong leadership skills - Essential
  • Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
  • Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
