Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join an exciting IT company experiencing huge growth based in Gloucestershire. For the right person the client is offering a very competitive:

£33,000 - £40,000 plus excellent benefits

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Produce month end KPIs for group reporting for the companies acquisitions
  • Prepare a monthly reporting pack for each practice within the business. This is to provide the practice lead with information on the actual performance in the month and to provide forward looking information
  • The reporting pack will include information on financial performance including KPIs, P&L, contract profitability and cost analysis including capital spend. It will include analysis of the sales pipeline, operational metrics such as WIP delivery and utilisation. It may also include other financial or non-financial metrics
  • Work with the Senior Finance business partner and Practice leads to identify and implement actions to ensure each practice meets its budget
  • Prepare a breakdown of work in progress and assist in the preparation of WIP roll out forecasting and analysis
  • Standard Cost Modelling for commercial deals
  • Identify, design and implement process improvements
  • Support new product launches including walkthrough of the lead to cash process
  • Provide support, analysis and advice as required to all the Senior Management
  • Responsibility for completion and presentations of ad hoc projects as required




Person specification:
  • Either CIMA, ACCA or ACA qualified or finalist
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the business
  • Strong report writing skills
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Can do attitude and a willingness to be hands on
  • Ability to present information in a concise and professional manner
