Salary levels from £32-42k plus quarterly bonus scheme. Qualification as an accountant essential for this post.

2. The semi-senior accountant role would suit a proactive, ambitious, great communicator, and technically competent accountant. The role involves managing your own portfolio of clients and be the main point of contact, assisted by an accountant to whom you will delegate nearly all of the core accounting and compliance work. Nor is it for anyone without the skills to consult with clients about accounting, tax and business matters. The accountancy industry continues to be digitally disrupted and the role of the modern accountant keeps changing.

This is a proactice, forward thinking accountancy firm who seek to be innovative. They also have ethical standards and donate to a charitable scheme as part of their company set up. This appeals to us particularly as our companies have been donating 10% profits to charity for over 15 years.
