Is a renowned charity with a national reputation.
You will be assisting the Finance Manager with end of month process and maintaining all aspects of general ledger, as well as managing accounts payable and accounts receivable. You will quickly have the opportunity to gain exposure to a wide variety of tasks within the business such as:
· Full accounting and bookkeeping· Performing bank reconciliations
· Daily mail order cash receipts posting and reconciliation
· Creating cheque and BACS payments· Managing debtors and creditors, including customer queries relating to outstanding invoices and chasing of outstanding debts.
You will have at least 2 years experience within a finance accounting environment.
You will be of a part qualified level or above.
You will have a friendly and confident phone manner, be good at building relationships at every level and be willing to go above and beyond your day to day duties.
You will be a self-starter with a dynamic, energetic approach to the role. You will be experienced with strong Excel skills, and knowledge in updating and maintaining ERP systems and related data management systems.
You will be paid up to £15 PAYE.
