Purchase Ledger Clerk
Robert half finance and accounting are actively recruiting for a temporary purchase ledger clerk to support a rapidly growing technology business in Poole. The role is being offered as a 3 month temporary assignment following on with a potential conversion to permanent employment.
With onsite parking the business is looking to recruit a target driven purchase ledger clerk to join a high performing finance team
- Match, batch and code a high volume of invoices.
- Deal with supplier queries.
- Supplier statement reconciliations.
- Bacs payments.
- Take responsibility of the prepayment invoices.
- Pre-payments and accruals.
- Ad hoc duties.
The successful purchase ledger clerk is likely to have had previous purchase ledger experience, specifically in dealing with high volumes. You will be working with a team of approximately 11 and reporting directly to the senior purchase ledger clerk.
The role is based in the company's established head office in offices in Poole. Working exclusively with Robert Half the company has experienced a recent acceleration in growth. This company is well respected in its field.
Salary and Benefits
£11 per hour, onsite parking.
